Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG was founded on 13th January 1999 as a result of the spinning off of the Industry Division from Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG in Künzelsau, Germany. It operates as an independent subsidiary within the Würth Group, with over 1,800 employees at the location in Bad Mergentheim in Drillberg. The former grounds of Deutschorden barracks also offer ample room for future expansion. This year, Würth Industrie Service is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The company’s anniversary marks a significant milestone in the history of the company.
Customised C-Parts solutions
Under the brand “CPS® C-Product Service“, Würth Industrie Service offers individually customised logistical procurement and supply concepts such as shelving systems with scanners, automated electronic ordering systems or a just-in-time supply using Kanban bin systems to manufacturing industrial customers. Thus, the customers benefit from direct supply to the assembly line in the production. Würth Industrie Service has recently added Kanban systems with patented bin and RFID technology to its innovative logistics solutions.
With our brand promise “C-Parts. With Certainty.”, our aim is to provide maximum process and supply security as well as maximum certainty of system and product quality. An optimum and automated C-Parts supply requires the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right place, with the right quality and at the right price. With customer-oriented further developments of system solutions and the product range, we adapt ourselves continuously to the evolving requirements of the industrial companies and provide maximum security and efficiency in C-Parts management.
A specialised product range of more than 1,400,000 products forms the basis for the professional and industrial C-Parts processing: Apart from norm and standard parts as well as fasteners and fastening elements, the product range also consists of customer-specific drawing and special parts as well as auxiliary and operating materials and many more.
